Geoffrey Bawa is one of the most important Asian architects of the 20th century. This book, the first comprehensive documentation and appreciation of the man and his work, illuminates Bawa's complex architectural personality and looks behind the labels that have misrepresented his output. The book's central section presents all of Bawa's major works by project, through extensive texts, drawings and plans.
