DJ&A Freeze Dried Strawberries is a ready-to-eat freeze dried fruit snack made to capture the flavour of real fruit in a light, crisp bite. DJ&A freeze dries fruit to remove moisture while keeping a naturally intense taste and crunchy texture, with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. The product is plant based and convenient for lunchboxes, travel, desk drawers or pantry snacking.
Freeze drying gives the fruit a delicate crunch that melts in the mouth, making it easy to enjoy straight from the pack or add to breakfast bowls, yoghurt, granola and desserts. It is a simple way to bring fruit flavour and texture into snacks without sticky mess. Keep the pack sealed after opening to maintain crispness.
